TERMS AND CONDITIONS Contracting parties and scope of application These terms and conditions apply to the service agreement between LAATUSIISTI and the Customer. Purpose and subject matter of the agreement The purpose of the agreement is to define the terms and conditions under which LAATUSIISTI provides home service to the Customer. Contract period The contract enters into force when the Customer has accepted the terms and conditions, ordered the service and received confirmation and invoice. The Customer confirms that he/she has provided sufficient and correct information about the target, so that LAATUSIISTI customer service representative can perform the ordered service. For an individual order, the contract is valid until the customer has accepted the performed service. The Customer can also make a regular order, i.e. a recurring booking request, in which case the content and timing of the service are agreed separately. In this case, a separate confirmation and invoice will be sent to the customer for each order. Either party can terminate a recurring booking request by notifying the other party. Services LAATUSIISTI offers cleaning and home service. LAATUSIISTI Customer orders service in hours and the duration of the ordered service and the Customer’s wishes affect how many tasks can be performed. Prices and invoicing home services prices are according to the valid price list and include value added tax according to the valid value added tax rate. We do not charge the customer for our customer service representative’s travel expenses. LAATUSIISTI reserves the right to change prices. A single booking is paid for when making the booking online. For regular bookings, we will send an invoice on the booking day. If a booking is cancelled due to LAATUSIISTI, we will refund the pre-paid payment to the customer. We will also refund the payment if the customer cancels the booking two (2) days before the booking time. For later cancellations, we will charge an amount equivalent to one (1) hour of service fee. The customer can transfer the service free of charge by notifying us two (2) days before the booking time. For regular bookings, we will send an invoice mainly by email. For paper invoices, we charge a 2.80 euro invoicing fee. For payment reminders, we charge an additional 5 euro invoicing fee. Customer’s obligations The customer is responsible for providing all information necessary for performing the service to LAATUSIISTI customer service representative. The customer must, for example, tell about allergies so that we can use the right cleaning agents. In a service that takes place in the customer’s home, the customer must also ensure that the customer service representative has access to the home. Termination, transfer or cancellation The customer has the right to terminate, transfer or cancel his/her ordered service by notifying LAATUSIISTI two (2) days before the agreed service execution time. For later cancellations, we will charge 50% of the agreed service price. If cancellation is made on the agreed execution day, we will charge the full price of the service. Force majeure LAATUSIISTI is not responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling contractual obligations due to force majeure such as industrial action, riot, natural disaster, power or communication outage or any other similar circumstance beyond its control. Force majeure also includes traffic jams, accidents and LAATUSIISTI customer service representatives’ illnesses. Complaints and remarks If the Customer is dissatisfied with his/her ordered service, he/she must notify LAATUSIISTI in writing within two (2) days of performing the service or detecting or should have detected an error. Termination of contract The Customer has the right to terminate the contract immediately if LAATUSIISTI substantially neglects its contractual obligations or otherwise substantially violates these terms and conditions. LAATUSIISTI has the right to terminate the contract immediately if the Customer does not pay his/her invoices by their due date or otherwise substantially violates these terms and conditions.
